Heat Pumps
A heat pump is an energy-efficient system that transfers heat between indoors and outdoors. It can both heat and cool your home by moving heat rather than generating it. We offer heat pumps for heating the swimming pool as well as heating the home.
Heat pumps can deliver 2–4 times more heating energy than the electricity they consume.
Yes, Heat pumps are typically 50–70% more efficient than heat radiators and can significantly reduce energy bills, especially in well-insulated homes.
Yes, there is an energy class subsidy (that means, if the house has a better energy class after the installation of the heat pump) as well as IRPF income tax deduction.
We recommend changing and cleaning filters regularly and keep outdoor units free of leaves and debris. We also recommend a yearly maintenance check-up by a professional, therefor we also offer maintenance plans.

Solar Energy
Solar panels are a good investment, especially now that the payback period of the system is between 5 and 7 years. The sooner you purchase, the sooner you save on your energy bill.
Batteries are certainly interesting if you have solar panels, you store the excess electricity immediately to use in the evening instead of buying it from the grid. Especially with the current return delivery compensation and the recent events: the blackout in Spain. Therefor most of our customers opt for batteries or the virtual battery.
At this moment there are subsidies available. There is an energy class subsidy (that means, if the house has a better energy class after the installation of the panels). There is also a discount on the IBI (real estate tax. depending on the townhall) and a deduction via the IRPF (income tax. in the Comunidad Valenciana).
No, netting is only known here in the form of monthly settlement with the energy purchased and supplied back to the grid (the compensation rate for this is between € 0.05 and € 0.10 per kWh).

Aircon
We offer two types of systems: Split systems (single indoor + outdoor unit) often for one room or zone and Multi-split systems, one outdoor unit connected to several indoor units which is good for zoning different rooms.
When our professional will visit you for a technical visit your needs and wishes will be discussed as well as reviewed the size of the rooms and the heat gain (insulation, number of windows etc). Our professional will then advise you and make an offer which is personalised for your situation.
We recommend changing and cleaning filters regularly and keep outdoor units free of leaves and debris. We also recommend an annual or biannual maintenance check-up by a professional, therefor we also offer maintenance plans.
