SCOPE & COMPONENTS
These terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”) apply to agreements between Comfort Energy Solutions with CIF B75727784 and registered office at Calle Roma 22, 03520, Polop Alicante, registered in the Commercial Register of Alicante (hereinafter referred to as “C.E.S.”), and the private client (“Customer”) in relation to the purchase and installation of a solar energy system, air conditioning and/or heat pump system (“Energy System”).
